I have been working at Comcast full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Many long time employees. Great people to work with.

Cons

Stingy. It is evident that the company cuts corners to save money. When it is at the employees expense it sends a bad message. Also the interdepartmental relations are bad. When trying to take care of the customer requests go unanswered or responsibilities get shifted to other departments without resolution.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

A little can go a long way. Show the employees you care by not cutting amenities, employee working environment, newer laptops that don't take forever to turn on. Little things that show employees that leadership cares. It's one thing to listen to employee concerns its another to get them answered.

    Recent restructing has lowered employee morale, created confusion and compromised quality of work..

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    While removing or eliminating the job held by more experience employees will reduce operating expenses in the short-tem; In the long run the company may suffer as too much time is used to correct the mistakes of less experience workers.

    Free cable and commission is nice

    Cons

    Unprofessional and company structure/ policies do not make sense.

    Research what companies who actually win JD Power and associates do and their business models.
