I have been working at Comcast part-time for less than a year

Pros

I enjoy the atmosphere along with my sales positions. Telesales allows me the opportunity to help customers as well as sharpen my communication skills.

Cons

There are no full time positions available for telesales.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

If management were to provide a full time shift as well, that would be perfect.

    I worked at Comcast full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    The schedule is flexible and the pay is competitive and incentive based. There are other opportunities for growth and transfer to other departments.

    Cons

    The Direct Sales Department is extremely disorganized. The management team is inconsistent and often shows favoritism so the work environment tends to be political. Dishonest practices are well known yet ignored my money hungry individuals of management and the company does not provide enough internal support to maintain the sales after they have been acquired. They are only satisfied with the initial sale.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    There are policies and procedures that are not being followed properly by lower level management that can put the employees and the company at risk.
