    Pros

    Decent pay when compared to the market and good benefits.

    Cons

    Ever increasing push to get sales in a dying industry. Pushing home phone service, of allthings, on customers to make up for lagging sales in an industry that is increasingly going to the internet for it's TV needs. New hire training for technical repair agents now includes more weeks of sales/upselling training than technical training.

    Lack of teamwork, cut throat environment, sweatshop mentality permeates from customer service to highest sales levels. Turnover

    Improve the culture and customer service experience to retain customers and employees. Execute a strategic vision of excellence throughout the organization!
