Pros

Comcast is a stable company with good benefits.

Cons

Stop laying people off for a while. Hiring freezes and anxiety about job losses have beaten employees into submission. No one is really focused on providing good service and good products as they are too busy keeping their heads down.

I've seen the financial data the layoffs were not justified.

Advice to Senior Management

Focus on growing and providing new and innovative products. Stop laying people off to please wall street and start improving the services.

STOP outsourcing tech support.
