Pros

Benefits, pay, friends, extra incentives

Cons

they have no loyalty to their employees. Give them 100% and they give you the door for doing your job.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop trying to be cheap with your employees. Praise them for doing a great job. Stop getting rid of people because they do a great job but make to much money. They are the ones making your "large life".

    Pros

    Decent wage and health benefits really are the only pros.

    Cons

    Strange shifts/ schedules, lack of internal support, constant pressure to sell, very low customer satisfaction rate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Division of labor would probably ease some tension (i.e. repair assists with repairs and sales worries about sales). Make that divison more clear and make it easier for customers to get to the departments they want to speak with.

    Great Perks: Free Cable, Company Events, Contests

    Ran like a factory, Not family friendly, inconsistent, High turn over, Not easy to advance

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Deal with your employee personal matters on a case for case basis, Training is too lengthy considering the material learned. Company favors seniority over productivity
