Excellent Benefits

Operations Manager (Current Employee) Indianapolis, IN

ProsExcellent Benefits and very Performance driven atmosphere

ConsSome disconnect between "Division" and actual employees

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement needs to not be complacent and push more to get quicker results, "Division" should not feel like a fictional out of reach department. Also, employees are not feeling valued in the call center. There is too much focus on how to Recruit top notch employees, but too little time spent on engaging employees and making them feel valued.
