Pros

Excellent Benefits and very Performance driven atmosphere

Cons

Some disconnect between "Division" and actual employees

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to not be complacent and push more to get quicker results, "Division" should not feel like a fictional out of reach department. Also, employees are not feeling valued in the call center. There is too much focus on how to Recruit top notch employees, but too little time spent on engaging employees and making them feel valued.

    Pros

    Free Internet/cable. Free coffee (seriously this is the only other pro i can think of)

    Cons

    Minimal Training, Low pay, Poor Management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire knowledgeable engineers, better managers and pay people a competitive salary

    Pros

    Great products to sell good pay and benefits

    Cons

    Dysfunctional management , no leadership, micro managing ,. 12 managers in 8 years.
    Constant AE turnover as well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    What works well in one market doesn't mean it will work the same in other markets. Get out of your offices into the field where you will get to the clients as well as how effective your local management is.
