I have been working at Comcast full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Benefits, great co-workers, discount on cable services

    Cons

No career advancement, poor leadership & communication, pay a lot less than previous years

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Instead of putting employees in a box allow them to grow by offering REAL advancement opportunities in areas they may be interested in, not what you feel their career paths should be. Just because an employee starts out in a customer service position or any other position for that matter, they may be better suited for a position elsewhere. Communication also needs to be more consistent and clear. Too often information is given out incorrectly which leads to confusion.
