    Great Tech, good people ( some ) Great way to get into telemommunications

    High Turnover, get rid of good people

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Do a better job at giving your employees credit where credit is due, and also give people a better way to a dance the career as opposed to how are you buddy sees to work with.
