    Pros

    Free and discounted Comcast services. Benefits are great to.

    Cons

    First, we are lied to when going through training; they say that you get to have first schedule pick over others when you test at the end of your training. I scored 3rd highest in the training class, but yet when you get to pick your schedule, you are still at the bottom of picking based on everyone else working there, just not in training. Reps will say whatever they want to get the sale, the quotas are high (attainable) but Reps just lie lie lie. Customers call back disappointed and I just could not get past calls not being simple sales calls but instead they were calling upset because their bill was not what they were promised.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Actually listen to the recorded calls and fire the ones who misrepresent the company and make Comcast's name so stagnate.

    Pros

    free cable services, great health benefits, decent time off, relaxed dress code, on-site gym and showers, managers try to make you feel good about your day

    Cons

    customers are awful, management decisions come from so far up the chain that they don't truly see the effect they have on the job, lack of accountability from other departments/regions, difficult to move up without relocating

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    corporate decisions need to be thought through more clearly. many changes that occur are not for the best, and while they are often then done away with, the employee still has to endure the pain of adhering to those policies and being on the front lines for the backlash from customers.
