Pros

Great benefits, co-workers were decent, solid company

Cons

The Xfinity security home sales group had extremely poor upper leadership. They could not compete with any of the larger competitors.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Realize that cable sales and security sales are two different things.

    I worked at Comcast full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Decent money in the area, Some commission. You will get to work with some great people that will make your life feel complete. You will also run across other Departments that are very helpful and resourceful.

    Cons

    Dealing with the Supervisors who refuse to take calls and put up Roadblocks and walls for you. You will run across some Managers that will make it seem like you are worthless, and then as well they throw so much at you and give you almost no training's easily allowing someone to fall through the cracks and fail.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Replace the entire management staff that has less than glowing performance reviews GIVEN by the CSR's

    I have been working at Comcast full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    Company vehicle, lots of vacation, good people to work with. Supervisors are cool for the most part.

    Cons

    Unattainable goals, equipment is subpar, training is sometimes spotty or nonexistent, pay could be higher for all that we do

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Manage the routes/ drive time better give more time to complete work. And pay needs to be raised
