Comcast Spotlight – “Good benefits, no advancement”

Pros

Good benefits, especially the free cable and internet.

Cons

Even though the company is a subsidiary of Comcast they are run like a small/new corporation. Management does not seem to know what direction they are taking. There was basically no plan for advancement, and there seemed to be a lot of good ol' boy favors throughout the company as it is sales based.

Advice to Senior Management

Go take some courses on how to run a company, the place is run by old tv station executives and thats it.
