Pros

If you need a job that requires no particular competences and you want some career chances, it's a good place to work for.
If you are lucky, you'll find nice persons to work in team with.
Compared to other workplaces, they offer better chances of having a regular work in less time.

Cons

Some incompetent people working in the management area.
Organization issues, particularly in training and communication.
If you work at the front end customer care, unpolite customers are regulars.
High stress work.
Turn based work, you could work in holydays.
No lunch tickets included in the contracts.
Mobbing and psychological pressure is a commonly used technique to improve the volume of work and put pressure on workers.

Advice to Senior Management

Give more attention to workers.
Instead of scaring them, invite them to share their thoughts about their work.
Try to avoid optimizing the work putting pressure on workers. It may work in the short term, but it will damage both the workers and Comdata itself in the long term.
Put some effort in making the training and communication more efficient, by paying attention to the feedback and impressions given by workers.
