I worked at Comerica full-time for more than a year

Prosmany employees are friendly sometimes

ConsTons of useless process preventing anything from being completed. Passing the buck is typical. Since the process is so painful, people constantly find reasons to avoid work.

Advice to Senior ManagementSome times a house is so infested with termites, the only choice is to tear it to the ground and start over. Get rid of the old ways. Get new blood and let them do their job

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Big talk, little delivery

Pros: Two weeks of PTO, seven paid sick days per year, and all bank holidays closed and paid. … Cons: Incentive plan is a complete joke. What's worse is that upper management portrays it as if it's really great. Basically, you can destroy… Advice to Senior Management: Update systems. Improve incentive plan. Re-structure sales goals to include the complete spectrum of banking products… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

Pros: A steady paycheck, and the ability to learn IF you're… Cons: Poor Technolgy, retail centers are horribly understaffed, remaining employees are grossly over-worked forcing them to have multiple jobs, but one salary, many, but not all… Advice to Senior Management: Be more sensitive to the frontline.
