I have been working at Comfort Keepers

    Pros

You get out of it what you put into it- if you do a good job with your shifts, you will get more hours. If you don't perform well/show up late/etc, you won't get as many hours. Management treats you extremely well, you feel valuable, you make a difference in people's lives.

    Cons

Not always enough hours for caregivers but if you do your work well and maintain a positive attitude with your clients and management, then management will try to find you more shifts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep in touch with employees, make sure to give them feedback when they did something wrong so that they can continue to improve
