Being an employee is demeaning. The franschise owner is full of himself, what little (5'4") there is of him.

    Pros

There are none: pay is horrible and hours are ridiculous.

    Cons

Lousy pay: $8.00 for me, $18.00-$20.00 for the company. I did the work, they got the pay. Long hours: I have worked 72 hours continuously without a break.
Got assigned to shifts without being asked if I was available and fires employees without hearing both sides to the story.

    Advice to Management

Realize that the home health care worker is the heart of the company, not the employees in the office. Without them, there wouldn't be a company. The owner is full of himself, thinks he knows all about EVERYTHING and yet HAS NEVER BEEN OUT to see a client or an employee working. He is easily swayed by the "wink wink of a pretty girl". Doesn't ask employees if available to take a shift, just assumes they are and schedules them for it and then fires the employee when they don't show up. Loved the clients, hated the company!!!!!
