Former Employee – worked at Commerzbank

Pros – Good career opp. Good compensation. The working hours as an intern were really good and the support by all of the staff was excellent.

Cons – One of the downsides of working at Commerzbank was the fact that it did not have the same global network that other competitors have.

Advice to Senior Management – The leadership of Commerzbank has to look beyond work related performances and must incorporate interpersonal skills in a greater manner.
