    Pros

    Great CEO Ian Narev with great vision to improve productivity through proven methodologies - should see benefits of his initiative in a couple of years through cost savings.
    Investment in technology.
    Invest in Education even in tough times.

    Cons

    Beauracratic
    Old union members - Avoid reporting to them unless you want to learn a bit of politics.
    Too many managers.

    Extremely political, career advancement not based on merit, generally male dominated senior mgmt team
