the commonwealth bank can provide you with job security to the level that is not available with many of the other banks

Cons

there should be many more opportunities with in the commonwealth bank for career advancement for women both full time and part timers

staff are not cattle , please try to remember that we don't always get it right the first or even second time and implement more personalised training

    Good pay for the number of hours worked

    Big organisation, can take up to 12 mths to find your feet
    Different cultures within the organisation depending on the area
    Politics can sometimes get in the way

    Keep up the good work, but do make sure our outsourcing is done productively and not wasting our time and money.
