Cons

Focused on cost, not quality. Sees outsourcing as the solution to all its problems, so isn't putting effort into the real issues.
Highly inefficient and bureaucratic. Nothing happens in a timely manner.
Work-life balance benefits are really only expected to be taken by female employees - still quite male dominated, but not in a malicious way.

Advice to Senior Management

Focus on quality, not just cost. Stop interfering in things that work and focus on those that don't.
