    Cons

Supervisors don't allow you enough time to solve complex issues. It's all about the numbers.

I have been working at Commonwealth Care Alliance

    Pros

The mission of serving a marginalized population is authentically driven by majority of employees. Fabulous work-life balance and benefits. Room to grow with the company. Most employees stay for the mission lead by the CEO and President who are both wonderful at adding practicality to a seemingly idealist mission. Central in Boston.

    Cons

The compensation could be higher and some middle-managers should have been let go long ago.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop the favoritism with middle managers who do not perform to save time, money and productivity for many.
