    I have been working at Commonwealth Edison full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Relaxed atmosphere promotes safety and quality. High communication and peer checks prevent mistakes that could cause injury.

    Cons

    Must work 12-hr shift during storm outages. Arrangements mean scheduling vacation and other events can be difficult. Most employees have worked through at leas one major holiday.

    I worked at Commonwealth Edison

    Pros

    Pay was great. Weekends were not required initially. Employees help one another out. Great location. Discounts to local places such as museums, aquqriums, etc.

    Cons

    Schedule bids & manditory overtime with sometimes less the an hours notice. The lunch breaks were short. There were no health benefits and no paid time off.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I recommend revamping the entire training class and lengthening it as well. I also think CSRs should have more lead way with accounts because the current system of sending it to a supervisor takes too long.
