The senior management team in Baton Rouge is out of touch with the offices in other cities

Prosgood pay you are working for yourself even though you are an employee computer and trucks are fairly new drive company vehicle home every night

Consthe word no does not exist favoritism to certain employees management does not give full support when vehicle breaks down does not order enough new equipment to keep up with compitition mid level management very smug to c-store owners

Advice to Senior ManagementThe new senior mangement in Baton Rouge, are not very friendly towards the back of Commuity Coffee, the route salesmen. They have a critirea and if you do not meet it, you are shown the door in a rude manner, no matter how long you are employed by Community Coffee
