    I think one thing that is nice about Community Health Systems is that they give you great holiday and paid time off

    I think one thing that Community Health Systems could improve on is their willingness to consider employees with less experience.

    The work environment at Community Health Systems is great. I feel comfortable with the people who work there and I'm glad most people are easy to get along with.

    Great work & plenty of it; large organization; average/typical benefits; not concerned about lay-offs/decreasing head-count; highly visible Nashville company
