Extreme disrespect for front-line workers. Management employees were underdeveloped in employee relations. The focus is solely on the bottom line at the expense of patient care and a safe work environment. Reward and recognition programs unstructured for frontline staff - lotteries for prizes vs recognition for attainment of performance goals.
Advice to Senior Management
Reinvest some earnings into management development and reward and recognition programs for front line staff.
