I worked at Community Healthlink full-time

    Pros

People are great. Some managers "get it". Workers are mostly dedicated and keep environment more sane than seemingly possible at times.

    Cons

Corporate mentality in "people helping" industry not a good mix with this company. Management fosters a climate of paranoia. Workers in the trenches are dedicated but underpaid and treated poorly. Favoritism rampant if employee has a unique skill. Questionable ethics all around.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Recognize that workers are people and don't take advantage of the fact that they are helping people even while upper management (starting at CEO level) only cares about bottom line.
