ConsEmployees treated like dirt - cheap
Some managers treat employees poorly reducing them to tears
No credit for prior experience - if you worked 12 years and transfer to another division due to poor management you risk making $10 hr
Lack of Performance Management
An employee may go five years without a review
Low to nonexistent advancement opportunities

Advice to Senior ManagementPractice transparency and treat employees with respect.
