Decent benefits.

Employees treated like dirt - cheap
Some managers treat employees poorly reducing them to tears
No credit for prior experience - if you worked 12 years and transfer to another division due to poor management you risk making $10 hr
Lack of Performance Management
An employee may go five years without a review
Low to nonexistent advancement opportunities

    You are not really in touch with clients, so allow the staff who are bring new ideas to the table. I'm sure they will work better than half of the ones you come up with
