I worked at CompHealth full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good fit for someone used to a Telesales environment. Decent Base Salary to help you grow. Comprehensive, Multi-Site Training program. Good Exposure to the Healthcare Sector. Culture is fantastic.

    Cons

While a generous base, it is offset by a lower commission. But I can't say it is a Con that you have to work hard to achieve the higher commission. A high focus on daily production numbers where it may not tell the whole story.

    Advice to Management

Talk more about growth opportunities in non-sales as well as sales. Keep Maintaining the great culture

I worked at CompHealth as a contractor (More than 10 years)

    Pros

You can work a lot of different locations across the USA Help with credentialing Fast, accurate reimbursement Usually provides good travel and accommodations

    Cons

Lower pay scale for women than men No benefits Sometimes the jobs are not as advertised Reimbursement varies a lot between independent contractors - you must negotiate or you will be treated unfairly

    Advice to Management

Be fair - men should not be paid more than women just because of their gender
