    I have been working at Compass Group full-time for more than 5 years


    Pros: I was expecting be a nice company but sucks!! Cons: To many bosses making a lots of money and hard workers earning cheap salaries!!!!! Especially when the chef manager has special treatment with the cashier… Advice to Senior Management: Have a better way to determine the salary between cooks… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
