Completely flexible schedule and an abundance of work hours available. No micromanagement

Very understaffed and all of my coworkers do the job of three people.

    Pros

    Great people. mostly flexible work environment. Some movement possible, but limited. Good HQ location. Dress code finally joined peers. Food service is good.

    Cons

    Training budgets are almost non-existent. Highly conflict averse environment. Hard to challenge status quo. Vision & strategy seems missing most of the time other than contract wins and retention rate.

    Develop your internal people more, invest in them.

    Pros

    The union associates that worked for the hospital were generally helpful and wanted to do a good job.

    Cons

    management was terrible not only for the associates but to the Operation managers as well. very long hours for low pay and NO Work Life balance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Increase the salaries of your Operations Managers or continue the merry go round which isn't good for building Trust with the Union associates. Also, give the Operations Managers a structured schedule so that they can have family time.
