Great mission

IT Manager (Current Employee)
Colorado Springs, CO

I have been working at Compassion International

ProsVery laid back atmosphere and they value family

ConsVery poor IT leadership, lack of accountability and ownership at the leadership level. Leadership seems very disengaged in day to day knowledge. Lack of resources. Want to be world class IT organization on a Non-profit budget

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed stronger leaders who are willing to get their hands dirty and learn what the real issues are. Can't travel all over the world and yet have no clue what's going on in your organization. Grace is great but people need to be accountable and it starts with leadership.
