“Worst reputation for a reason- Terrible”
Current Employee – been working at Complete Building Services
Pros – Constantly hiring because of turnaround.
Cons – No recognition, No raises, No annual reviews, 5 days vacation per year, No bonuses ect..
Advice to Senior Management – Recognize employees as people. Provide yearly reviews to track accomplishments. Provide yearly raises based on merit. Provide employees with 2 weeks vacation.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
