good learning experience

Proslearning bus and diesel repair,good place to learn a trade,can be steady work.hourly employees are great to work with.get to travel around the country to different job locations.

Consmanagement could care less about their employees.always using threats and intimidation.Raises can be good if they like you at the time.

Advice to Senior Managementtreat your employees better and listen to them and you will get better results
