I have been working at Complete Coach Works full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    -Lots of Freedom
    -Steady Work
    -Work on Variety of Machinery
-Employer provides tooling, although quality is questionable

    Cons

    -Management is terrible
    -Employee turnover rate is high
    -Few, if any, employee perks
    -Questionable safety practices

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees, and invest in some employee perks in order to make employees feel wanted. I have only worked there for a week and have been threatened with the loss of my job multiple times.
