    Pros

good training benefits, carrer pathing available. Ability to move around to different client sites to see different environments

    Cons

pay sucks, not much drive to build a "team atmosphere". there is a lack of company sponsored events which bring employees together. lack of knowledge about what benefits the company has to offer.

I worked at CompuCom full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

They throw you into situations where you must lean new skills. My direct bosses were awesome.
    Get to explore nearby areas.
47 cents per mile. Up to 1500 miles\week

    Cons

This company is so organizationally challenged that they have no idea what sla's they can actually hold.
I received up to 600 emails a day with only 20 or so pertaining to my business.
    Easy to get laid off.
    Huge range for milage.
Process of onboarding is miserable. Particularly the temp companies.
    Do you own payroll.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Use a video call service and have WAY more organized and regulated training.
You have to reduce pressure on managers. And the project managers should be sure to know every person working on the project. Anything else is irresponsible.
