“After 15yrs I like the people and the job but not the money earned”
Current Employee – been working at CompuCom full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Challenges, Growth and Opportunity is always avaialble with in the company. The ability to grow internally is always avaialbe, the management staff will take the time to coach/train or send you thru required training for you to be sucessful.
Cons – Bonus & Salary increses are far and in between. The company does not continually recognize employees for there dedication to the company. Also it comes across as you are being penalized when you change job roles because you may not be paid what the industry standard is because you were an internal transfer versus a new hire.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
