“OK when first started, but...”
Current Employee – been working at CompuCom full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – It's good to start off on your IT career and a lot of initial opportunities to learn.
Cons – Not a lot of opportunities to grow in your career.
Always burdened with a lot of work, to the point of sacrificing your personal life to take care of heavy workload and emergency issues
Very underpaid by market terms
Advice to Senior Management – Realize that your employees (more than just words and empty compensation) are the backbone of the company. If you keep on counting them as a headcount that can be easily replacement, you will never get the quality of work that customers would expect from this company.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
