Plenty of experience to be gained.

Poor benefits
Poor Salary
No wage increases
Poor staff management
Poor company culture
No advancement opportunities-just change in job title
No real training-only cheating on certification exams
Poor customer service ethic
Associates are treated as numbers, not people

Advice to ManagementAdvice

It's time to take care of the associates and not the investors. The associates are the face of the company, and should receive much more than they do. All "kudos" go to managers, sales staff, and executives, who in fact are responsible for very little customer satisfaction. Without the field technicians, this company could not, and would not exist.
