    More experience gained in the field

    Cons

    Too much travel by own vehicle to do the job as a field service technician. Mileage pay is very low (42 cents per mile)

    Pros

    - They pay on time. . . . Just like in Africa
    - The workplace usually has a roof, sometimes but not always.

    Cons

    - No communication
    - Nobody to ask questions
    - Things move extremely slow

    Advice to Management

    They don't listen. They just see how we react, other than that they don't care. They like it pro .... with a sense of urgency.... just like in the add. They basically don't care. I felt like working for McDonalds or for a Walmart, even though I didn't work for neither of them.
