Pros

Good benefits, no training, on your on. Just do your job and go home. Don't expect advancement

Cons

you are just a number

Advice to Management

Tell the people how it really is. Don't pretend to care. Just tell them you are here for a check. Do it as I say and I will pay you. Expect nothing else.

    Pros

I like my direct manager and coworkers a great deal. I like the environment that I work in on a client site. Higher PTO than most companies I've previously worked for.

    Cons

Took over 2 years to get a salary increase when I was internally promoted. When I finally did the pay increase was decent but when I asked for back pay I was told that I voluntarily worked for the lower rate for two years and HR basically laughed at my request to be compensated for two years of additional duties that I had been performing. The pay overall is low for the industry. Quarterly performance bonuses have been eliminated, annual raises are non-existent even with perfect performance reviews. There is literally no way to get financially compensated for consistently going above and beyond.

    Advice to Management

Consider giving pay increases to the employees who deserve them. High turnover costs more than giving someone a 50-cent raise every now and then.

    Pros

My "lead" was very knowledgeable and a nice guy.

    Cons

Absolutely NONE! Interviews were "pie in the sky"....... Promises made and not kept. Lies and half truths...... Wanted too much OT and not being paid for it. It took only 3 days to find out how BAD they are. Very unprofessional management. More concerned with profits than quality work.

    Advice to Management

This company is on a downward spiral. Management needs to learn what "professionals" do and pay accordingly.
