Current Employee – been working at CompuPay.

Pros – If you like working for a small company with very no sales training, no ongoing training, and being micromanaged than this is the place for you.

Cons – No training. Management has no clue. No competitve advantage over the bigger payroll companies. You will be micromanaged. Wanna be payroll company. The only reason you want this job is to get outside sales experience so you can move on to something different. The sales management is composed of recruits from the 2 big payroll companies. This place is a small company who can't compete.

Advice to Senior Management – Let your company be bought out by ADP or Paychex.
