I worked at Compunetix
Pros – The health care is good. They are fair when you need time off. You will always recieve a good performance review.
Cons – The pay is low, between 10-20 cents a year raise. Employee saftey is not a priority. Managers are unqualified.
Advice to Senior Management – Employee safety needs addressed. Health and Environmental Hazards must be addressed Managment needs to change their arrogant attitude towards employees.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
