Pros

Some of the pros of working at CATS were the people I worked with. They give you opportunity to grow in certain technical areas without much exp. Very positive for a person looking to gain skills and then move on to a real job.

Cons

The pay is FAR from competitive. Every year they give you a glowing review and you get a 1 dollar raise. The management has no idea what they are doing. They run around like chickens with their heads cut off. They are grossly overpaid for providing nothing but dead end solutions. You receive no sick days very few paid holidays. You do all kinds of jobs outside of your job description. They treat you as if you should be grateful to even have a job there. They change your hours without so much as asking. When the door closes to the conference room you are pretty much guaranteed a no brained policy change that doesnt benefit anyone but themselves. The company president is beyond greedy and has antiquated views on salary. This will not change ever. I will be surprised if they ever go further as a company if not completely downhill from here. NEPOTISM SHOULD BE THE COMPANY MOTTO.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to value your employees. Increase wages it's not the eighties. You don't have to change a policy whenever one person complains. Learn to be opened minded to ideas and not just wait for people to agree to yours. Hire people for their positions and TRUST THEM.
