In the Top 3 System Integrators in Federal Sector. CSC is leading Provided in Cloud and Infrastructure Solutions in Government Sector.

Cons

Bloated Company. The employees are not awarded appropriately. The management gets the financial benefits at the cost of its employees

Become Employee and Client Centric. Right now it is Management Centric

    Company is changing and opportunity for cross training and increasing competencies has improved with acting CHRO.

    Cons

    In the past upper management favortism provided large bonuses and promotions to employees who didn't deserve it.

    Pros

    Good benefits with a solid focus on work / life balance. Very good opportunities for education advancement and good communication at all levels.

    Cons

    As a service provider, they are not easy going with annual raises and have no existing bonuses or financial recognition for customer based awards. Moral is affected by lack of employee recognition.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If you want to retain top talent, you must match that with appropriate recognition of top employees including far better annual raises as well as bonuses. As an employee who routinely scored at the top level of group and received numerous customer recognition, its very frustrating to not feel like you're being appreciated.
