Pros

work from home, good wage

Cons

constant downsizing and off-shoring
promise the customers the world but won't spend a nickle on training
horrible morale
no opportunity for growth

    I have been working at Computer Sciences Corp full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Very easy to be good in the company as there are so many who lack the drive initiative and are shy of handwork.

    Cons

    A dated company which needs a serious redesign in order to allow it to compete again. Company culture rewards lazy uninterested people which hampers innovation and kills motivation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    New business plan required. Pay industry salary rates. When redundancies are required, use this as an opportunity to get rid of people who do not contribute to success.
