Good opportunities for learning
CSC has excellent internal training facilities that can contribute to career growth
Clients hold it in very high regard

Cons

Not much interaction with colleagues. That's because a lot of projects require you to work in silo. It might get a little boring at times.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make it a more fun place. Encourage more regional meetings amongst employees to foster more interaction amonst them. That is definitely nbeeded.
