Pros

Empowering, meritocratic culture, good team environment, excellence is rewarded. Management structure relatively flat so all ideas are heard and acknowledged.

Cons

Change of management structure has brought new direction to the company, lots of exciting change still to happen but feel like we are definitely on the right track.

Keep doing a good job!

    Pros

    Easy to get a job here, due to massive 1 year turnover. Very quick to make an offer, and offer is fair. Products are very good, great technology, great end to end product line

    Cons

    Benefits are horrible for those outside Detroit, no 401K matching, 6 days of company holiday, 2 weeks only for vacation, even if you've been there for 15 years. No stock, unless you're in Detroit. Detroit support folks are aweful, takes very long to get menial paperwork done. Management is slave driving, and they revel in dismissing folks, after only 3 months on the job I was the most senior sales rep in the entire region! Management must get in on every deal, even though they add nothing of value.

    Advice to Management

    You're too top heavy! Your sales are going down the tubes since you cannot hang, or don't want to hang onto any employees. It takes 18 months for an OnPremise sales cycle, yet you let folks go after only 12 months, so no pipeline is created, or maintained your sales volume is, and will continue to be crippled. The good folks leave due to this.

    Good technologies, brilliant solutions and high reputation in the market.

    Cons

    Unachievable targets which makes impossible internal career progression.

    Advice to Management

    My direct manager has still a lot to learn: the lack of experience is really easy to see. It is hilarious seeing his/her attempts to act as a real leader and professional manager....
