Pros

Dynamic environment, modern style. Located on beautiful campus Martius park, close to many coffee shops, restaurants, other businesses

Cons

Client driven, lack technology focus. of course this is only from one department - service experience. Other departments work in different models.

    Pros

    They invest well in sales tools like marketo, salesforce.com and lists to help the sales team.

    Cons

    There is still a large reality disconnect between the field marketing management leadership style and providing any strategy, mentoring or upward mobility. More personnel challenge abound than professional challenges.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Downsize Field marketing and let the field marketing managers report directly to sales to have more autonomy to make decisions to implement more strategic marketing.
