I have been working at Comtech EF Data full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Meaningful work even for entry level employees.
Some great and knowledgeable people to work with.
Benefits package includes a discounted stock purchase.

    Cons

Fixed 3% raise policy from corporate.
No clear cut path to promotions and people with the same job title will have wildly different levels of experience and skill.
Management doesn't really manage employees; they manage projects, but you still do have a manager who often needs to be reminded of what projects you are actually working on.
A lot of the work is copied from old projects and updated/merged for new projects.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay a little more attention to employee workloads.
Upper management needs to ditch the 3% raise policy, after just a few years a mid-level employee can find themselves very underpaid and looking for a new job.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO
