    Pros

    Easy job. And that's where it ends.

    Cons

    Micro-management with a big, bold highlight on the word "MICRO". Poorly experienced techs. Poorly experienced management. Favoritism. Disinterested HR.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Quit. Just every single one of you, just quit. Let the company run itself with the people who know what they're doing.

    I have been working at Comverge

    Pros

    Pay is very good. Benefits are OK. overtime is nice when its offered. sometimes the routes are nice and tight

    Cons

    Moral in our office is low because we are told that the most impotant thing to remember is safety, but if you don't get 10 or more installs no matter what the situation you will hear about it. And if you get injuried, its your frault because you were not being safe

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please,Please, Please remeber that there are good people that work for you, you would get more out of your people with encouragment rather then always getting down on your people. When your people are happy to come to work you can get more out of them.
