Comverse Technology – “Working at Comverse”

Pros

Not many that I can think of. I guess having worked here for so many years, I have some flexibility. And I know what to expect. Like they say -- devil you know is better than the devil you don't!

Cons

Where do I start :) No support, ridiculous processes, red tape, no clear direction, work more, get less -- seems to be the company motto.

Advice to Senior Management

Please clean up the mess within the organization. There are many things broken -- you have to look inward and fix them if you really want to grow organization.
