- Disapproves of CEO
“Was a good company, but on the way down”
Former Employee – worked at Con-way Freight full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Good benefits, (used to be better, but still good). Relaxed working environment. Good company in the less than truckload industry. Used to be best, but still good.
Cons – The senior management made several mistakes, and the company never recovered from those mistakes. The benefits were taking away. Moral gets lower and lower.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
